REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

A written request for a refund, transfer, or credit must be received by Kala Art Institute no less than 30 days prior to the first day of camp to qualify. Refunds, transfers or credits are assessed a non-refundable fee of $50 per child per transaction. If you cancel your registration more than 30 days in advance of the first day of class, 50% of your class fee will be refunded, or you can apply 100% of your class fee as credit towards another Kala class within 90 days. With less than 30 days notice, you will receive credit only if we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list. Requests for refunds, transfers or credits in cases of illness or injury are considered with a doctor’s note and letter requesting the exception. No medical requests will be considered after the first day of class. Classes are not prorated, nor session dates individualized for any reason. Kala reserves the right to cancel any class because of low enrollment; you will be notified and your class fee will be fully refunded.
