This image is a video still from “We Are Only Dust and Shadow” depicting moments in the footage where the camera was not fast enough to film the lightning. Each of the stills looks slightly incomplete and has lines running through it. A video camera typically records in lines from bottom to top or top to bottom but in these images, by the time the camera got to recording the middle of the frame, the sky had already changed colors.
